WorkFirst
The WorkFirst grant exists to support clients currently receiving TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families). The WorkFirst program requires participation in work-like activities in order to continue receiving benefits.
Your class hours will count as your participation in the WorkFirst program through DSHS.
In order to qualify for Workfirst you must:
- Be receiving TANF
- Your program specialist at DSHS must send us a referral
