Disbursements
Wenatchee Valley College (WVC) uses BankMobile services to deliver your financial aid refunds after your tuition and fees have been paid.
For students receiving financial aid, each quarter, your tuition and fees are paid first. If there is a remaining balance, also referred to as a financial aid refund, it will be sent to BankMobile to be disbursed to you.
After your financial aid information is received by the college, a refund selection kit is sent to you by BankMobile. You will also receive a Personal Code by email which will be sent to the personal email address you have on record with the WVC Admissions Office (note: this process begins in mid-July for the upcoming year, but happens immediately upon receipt of current year applications). You will need to set up how you would like to receive your refunds while attending Wenatchee Valley College. Once you receive the refund selection kit, you can follow these simple steps:
- Visit RefundSelection.com
- Enter your Personal Code
- Select how you’d like to receive your money

The Kit will be mailed to the address you have on file with Admission/Registration Office. It is mailed once the Financial Aid Office receives your FAFSA information.
Students who have completed all the required steps for financial aid and are eligible for financial aid (grants, student loans, scholarships, etc.) will be sent a BankMobile Refund Selection Kit. (note: For the upcoming academic year, Wenatchee Valley College does not start sending student information to BankMobile for your refund kits until mid -July)
The kit will be sent to the address on file with the WVC Admissions Office. Make sure you have your current address on file with the Registration Office. Students should make sure that their information (address, phone number, e-mail, etc.) is correct on the MyWVC portal. Do not discard your personal refund code contained in the Refund Selection Kit.
