000.020 AUTHORITY TO DEVELOP POLICIES & PROCEDURES POLICY

The board of trustees delegates to the president the authority to develop policy and procedures for the effective management of the college. Proposed policy is presented to the board for approval. Policy is subject to federal and state laws, regulations, and negotiated agreements.
