Food Truck Knight - September 23, 2022

A one-of-a-kind community event to celebrate and showcase the WVC Campus. Enjoy food, a beer and wine garden, live bands, and lawn games.  Approximate attendance: 250

Knight Fright Run - October 22, 2022

A costume-themed fun run held in Wenatchee and Omak. This fundraiser will include a 5k, kids 1-mile, and costume contest. All proceeds will benefit the Finish Line Scholarship.  Approximate attendance: 300

Piatigorsky Foundation Concerts - Fall 2022 & Spring 2023

World-class musicians perform in the Grove Recital Hall at WVC. An invite-only reception precedes the concert, which is free and open to the public. Travel and artist fees are covered by generous contributions to the Piatigorsky Foundation from the Woods Family.  Approximate attendance: 100

Scholarship Celebration - November 2022

A celebration of 2022-23 scholarship recipients and recognition of the donors that make it possible. All scholarship recipients and foundation donors receive a booklet and link to online video message. The video includes testimonies from scholarship recipients and an update from WVC Foundation Executive Director Rachel Evey.  Approximate reach: 400

Knight at Wild - Winter 2023

In partnership with the Wenatchee Wild, WVC will “take over” the Town Toyota Center for a night to showcase resources, programs, and clubs at WVC. The WVC Foundation will have a ticket fundraiser for the night. Approximate attendance: 1,900-2,500

Donor Appreciation Event - March 2023

A social event to thank foundation donors for supporting WVC students and programs. Guests will hear testimonies from students and an update from WVC leadership. This is an invitation only event.  Approximate attendance: 100 

 Women in Philanthropy Event - Spring 2023

Back after a long hiatus, this event is a chance for guests to learn about the mission of the WVC Foundation and impact of WVC in students’ lives. The Barbara Wilson Woman Philanthropist Award will be presented. This event is open to the public. Approximate attendance: 200 

 Knight at the AppleSox - June 2023

In partnership with the Wenatchee AppleSox, WVC will “take over” the Paul Thomas Sr. Stadium for a night. The event is an outreach opportunity and food drive for the Knights Kupboard, WVC’s on campus pantry that helps 10 students each week. Approximate attendance: 500
